Cruising The Caribbean!

Depart our hometown en route to Port Canaveral, Florida and the Norwegian Escape for our 9 day cruise. We will overnight en route before we continue on to our last overnight in Florida before we board this fabulous ship. We will have a fun day at sea while we sail into the Caribbean. Our first stop, Puerto Plata has a lot to offer. Take a ride up the Pico Isabel de Torres Mountain, visit Fortaleza San Felipe, or head to the Amber Museum.  Our next port is San Juan, with its’ picturesque cobblestone streets, plazas and chapels that reflect its Spanish heritage. It also boasts fine beaches, lush rainforests, verdant mountainsides, and imposing forts. Next stop, St. Maarten. This island offers casinos, duty-free shopping and island culture. Next we arrive at St. Thomas and the town of Charlotte Amalie, one of the most breathtaking harbors in the world. Once home to pirates, todays visitors will find treasures of a different kind, beautiful beaches, bountiful duty-free shopping and breathtaking sights are truly its’ claim to fame. The next port is Tortola. This exotic, peaceful island is home to both towering mahogany trees and pristine white-sand beaches. For the adventurous, take a hike that extends 1,780 feet up Sage Mountain for some fantastic views. After another fun day at sea, we arrive at Grand Stirrup Cay. A tropical paradise located in the beautiful Bahamas, exclusive to NCL guests. Here you’ll find beautiful white-sand beaches, delicious bites, private villas, Mandara Spa and world-class snorkeling.  We will cruise on to arrive back at Port Canaveral and disembark for our journey home. We will overnight in Charlotte, North Carolina, as we continue our journey and arrive home the following evening.
